Riley was a blessing to our family; she was a phenomenal nurse. My father was a patient on 4NT our family received life-changing news about my dad. In the middle of our confusion, disbelief, and worry, Riley stayed with my family until we understood what going on with my dad’s care. After the physician left the room, she explained the diagnosis in simple terms that we could understand. She took care of my dad and myself as if we were a part of her own family. She took time out of her day to sit down and laugh and joke with us. She would not leave our side until we were okay. She made us feel like my dad was her only patient. We felt at ease when she was our nurse because we knew she was just outside of the door, and she would take care of anything that we needed.
