Anyone who has spent any amount of time around Lynn recognizes the tremendous passion she has for nursing and nursing care. She never stops thinking about how she can impact and inspire this broad team to provide them with the safest and most rewarding place to work. Lynn is a role model for her work ethic, critical thinking skills, communication skills, and physician partnering. I’m sure that many up-and-coming nurse leaders aspire to achieve these attributes.

When I think of Lynn I think of an individual who is genuine in nature, humble, holds a strong moral purpose, and is really, really, really smart! In the worst of times that healthcare has seen in our generation, Lynn brought forth every quality that defines leadership and inspired all of us to move forward and conquer this difficult battle. Lynn set forth a standard and a bar that may be difficult for the rest of us to reach, but at the same time, she taught us how to see the strength within ourselves in order to reach that bar and helped us on our paths to get there. For that, I am eternally grateful!

She takes on the impossible and makes it possible. She does all this with great humility and respect for others. She brings teams together and uses people’s strengths to explore all potential options before determining the best course of action. Lynn is a tremendous leader who leads by example and is the most complete boss I have ever worked for.
