Not only does Sacha embody the patient experience, but she also makes coming to work enjoyable. Her compassion and concern for our patients is what sets her apart from the rest. She remembers her patients, tracks their progress and their needs, and makes them feel like they are the only patient that she has to worry about. Sacha also makes sure that we as a staff are okay. She takes the time to check in on us, makes sure that she makes her rounds and says good morning to everyone, and does her best to make sure everyone feels special. She never makes a patient feel like they are alone, she always assures them that she is there for them and then proves that by following up with them however long after even if it's just a few hours to make sure they are okay. Her quick thinking in times of urgency makes her a valuable part of our care team. We regularly have patients that experience heavy bleeding or concerns with their pregnancy-- Sacha always takes her time to speak to the patients, understand their symptoms and provide them with the best options for the best outcomes. If urgent situations occur within the office, Sacha will quickly move to make sure that the patient is attended to but also comfortable understanding that they are safe with her. Her calming ways and delivery make everyone react in a calm and swift manner, but also with the urgency needed to tend to the patient.
