Everyone was great, however Dallas was "special". He was genuinely concerned and caring and went above and beyond to help in any way he could. He kept us informed of what was going on regarding patients' blood pressure and low hemoglobin issues which really helped to make us confident with the care being given. He was always prompt when called and never made us feel like we were bothering him even though he was busy. Through a kind of fluke, Dallas realized his uncle had been a doctor in Moulton which is where the patient lived. This gave us a "connection" with Dallas. His uncle married a girl from Moulton who was the daughter of the patient's good friend whom she had not talked to in years. The next day, with our permission, the friend called and spoke to the patient thanks to Dallas. Dallas is a superior nurse as well as a truly caring human being. We felt very secure with him as our nurse. Dallas is very professional and always smiling.
