Heidi has gone above and beyond with my care. While I was in the trauma ICU, she took excellent care of me. However, once I got out of the ICU her care did not stop. I am now on the MTU, and she has stopped by several times to check on me. The other day Heidi came an hour and a half before her shift just to pamper me. She came in with snacks, a face mask, and shampoo and conditioner to wash my hair. She spent that hour and a half making sure that I was more relaxed than I have been in the last three weeks. She has gone above and beyond, and I want to make sure she gets the recognition she deserves. She is the sweetest, most caring nurse I have ever had. Thank you Heidi; for being so, so wonderful!
