Alexa was there to meet all our needs during my mother's recent stay and eventual passing. She showed great skill, knowledge, compassion, understanding and support during a very difficult time. When we needed questions answered she got us the answer or found someone who could. Her loving care of my Mom was genuine and brought great comfort to her and the rest of the family. I got the feeling that behind the scenes she was advocating for us while never contradicting anyone in public showing her professionalism. She helped the family to know when time was getting short in a caring, gentle way and allowed us privacy when it was appropriate. I really don’t know how she could have been any more of a great nurse. She is a credit to the profession and a great asset to your staff! Honestly the whole nursing staff was great, but Alexa was nothing short of wonderful. A true angel when we needed one most! Thank you from the bottom of my heart Alexa!
