It brings tears to my eyes when I think of all the things she did and the caring way in which she carries out her duties.
Nichole went above and beyond usual care for my mother. She is outstanding in her thinking and caring to start with. She made a special effort for my mom, by bringing her a big sturdy chair to sit up in. The chair was to make my mother able to sit up and eat dinner with us. It was amazing to see her with a huge smile and be able to enjoy a meal we brought in. This action also helped add to the “Move Bingo” game. Nichole also brought in a spirometer for my mother to use, to get another square of the bingo. She is a good leader for other members of the team. They listen to her. Nichole is always seeming cheerful. Mom is close to a blackout bingo, at this time. All of this is amazing because she is 92 years old.

There is no way I can convey my feelings and gratitude for Nichole. There are no words efficient to describe her. My husband was placed in observation and was there for two days. Not only is he an older person, but a cancer patient with additional issues. In the very first moment, my husband met Nichole, she put him at ease. She tended to his every need and was always concerned for his best interest. In addition to that, she cared about both of us. She truly cared and it showed in many big and little ways. I wish I could describe to you, the level of devotion and caring that Nichole showed to people. It brings tears to my eyes when I think of all the things she did and the caring way in which she carries out her duties. There is a special place in heaven for Nichole. If I could, I would personally give her an award or recognition. Instead, I will have to give you a huge thank you from the bottom of my heart.
