Natalie is a House Supervisor and does not do direct patient care, yet assists whenever needed, covers breaks, etc. She received FOUR nominations from patients, despite not being their primary nurse. They are as follows:

My pharmacy didn't renew a script order. Natalie took the time to find it and called CVS and asked for a rush on the script. My heart was slower in an hour. Thank you, Natalie!!

Natalie remembered my father when she used to work at Angels Food Market years ago. Natalie was friendly and compassionate and demonstrated a gift for caring for others. She shared with me her own challenges of caring for an elderly family member and her empathy was profound.

Nomination for Natalie outside of ICU. When walking past Natalie she was always encouraging and kind. Both Natalie and another nurse worked on my discharge and explained things I needed to know. You are very lucky to have such good nurses working for you.
