Teresa Diaz is the night shift nurse leader. She is very energetic, professional, credible, humble, consistent, authentic, empathetic, and goes above and beyond to make sure that the unit is well coordinated at night. She makes sure that nurses are not overwhelmed with their work. She connects with all her team members. She is someone you can go to war with and be sure of victory!

Teresa always calms my anxiety each time I come into the shift with heavy assignments and one tech on the floor. Always available to guide and assist. She is like the "floor mom", very quiet, attentive, helpful, and always ready to listen to each and everyone's opinions and complaints. Her attitude to work is second to none. She is accommodating, she is not condescending, and she won't attack, gossip, or judge you. Teresa is a great leader and I am glad to have her as a team leader on my shift. She is a shining star!
