I have been working at MHM since 2007, I can honestly say that I have never had such a great manager as Lilith. She has great communication skills; she continues to motivate us as a team and always listens to feedback. She remains professional at all times. She praises staff for excellent work, by creating an employee of the month award. She always shows us respect and is compassionate and empathetic. She ensures that we always have patient and staff satisfaction. What sets her apart from the rest is that she is always present. There hasn’t been a time that she hasn’t made herself available to us day/night/weekends. As a night charge nurse, I can honestly say that she is there to support us at any time. She ensures that the quality and standards of care are always maintained. She often comes out on the floor to offer staff help when we are overwhelmed. Her experience in the area sets her apart from the rest. She is a great resource. She always assesses situations completely before coming up with action plans. She motivates us all as a team to strive harder. She encourages growth within the company. I appreciate Lilith and all she has done for us. The unit honestly has shown such an improvement since she has been here with us.
