Ailyn Tejerero joined our 3C family in December 2020. From the moment we met her, we knew that her compassion and love for people is something we needed on our unit. She is a wonderful nurse! We have all said, if we were sick, she would be the nurse we would want taking care of us. She is strong clinically, yet has the most gentle spirit. She is extremely helpful. She is quick to help any time someone needs help whether it is with call lights or helping with admissions, medications, or whatever it is. She is selfless. She is quiet and humble but her resolve and courage are inspiring. Regardless if it is a challenging shift or not, she approaches everything she does with a smile. You will never hear a word of complaint from her. In fact, you will frequently hear her encouraging her team! As one of our team members stated, she is a modern-day Florence Nightingale. We are blessed that we get to call Ailyn family!
