Ross was our daughter's nurse during her two-week stay in the special care nursery. Ross was extremely attentive not only to her needs but also to ours as her parents. For example, we had to spend Thanksgiving with our daughter in the hospital, and Ross went out of his way to pay for our Thanksgiving meal in the cafeteria. That small gesture left a huge impact on my husband and me.

Finally, on one of the last days of our daughter's stay in the nursery, I mentioned to her nurse about a medical need of my own. Ross took it upon himself to contact Urgent Care on my behalf to check if I would be able to be seen or if I should go to the Emergency Department. We are truly blown away by the kindness and compassion Ross had shown us during our two-week stay. We will not forget the great care shown to us and our daughter.
