I'm not even sure where to begin with Cat. She truly is one of the sweetest souls I have ever met. In every way possible, Cat advocated for me and spoke up when no one else did. One thing I greatly appreciate about Cat, and hope to implement in my own interaction, is her ability to sense other people's energy and adapt her communication to appropriately respond to a situation. Even if nothing is said, Cat has an incredibly calming and reassuring presence. I never had to fake any emotions around her and I always knew she'd be open to talk if I needed her.

When I was having a difficult time swallowing my medication, Cat immediately started thinking of ways to make it easier. She ended up getting my orders changed so I took some in the morning and some in the afternoon. It just showed me how much she cares. Other people shrugged or even laughed when I expressed my discomfort, but Cat was proactive and found a relatively simple solution.

On many occasions, Cat sat in on some of my meetings opt advocate for me when I wasn't present and to support me when I wasn't present and to support me when I was. She did not need to do this at all but she did because I felt better if she did. In addition to the examples listed above, Cat has always been incredibly kind, uplifting, and motivational.
