Silvio has been of great help to the unit. Our manager has been out for 12 weeks due to surgery and so he has taken on the role of both nurse manager and ANM. On top of balancing both management positions, Silvio offers help to the unit and is always open to discuss a patient’s plan of care, boost a patient up in bed, start IVs, and even come in on an off shift. Silvio has always been an integral part of the rehab unit, but with the NM out, the unit would truly be lost and crumble without him!

He is always very easy to approach with any issues and always works with you with your schedule. He very calmly deals with any issue that comes up on the floor.
