Smart, considerate, cheerful, caring, and compassionate are just some words to describe April. April is a mastermind and is one of the best nurses you can find. Even in the emergency setting, she remains calm and very friendly. April has worked with Ascension since 1990. April truly shows what it means to be a nurse. She goes above and beyond and shows her true heroism.

April takes the necessary time with her patients to hear "their stories." When able, April becomes connected and creates a nurse-to-patient connection which builds trust, and acceptance and shows she truly cares. April has exceeded the skill level of a nurse and is one of the most competent and highly intelligent nurses we have. We trust her judgment and know she is an advocate for every patient she connects with. Patients have reported April as being compassionate, kind, intelligent, and a team player.
