I was transported to the Emergency Room late one day in October because of an uncontrollable nosebleed. Early the next morning I was admitted to the hospital and cared for by Faye. Her bedside manner and personal attention to my needs were immediately apparent.

Later in the day, because tests that had been ordered were not progressing, I discussed being released Against Medical Advice (AMA) with the attending physician. The doctor signed the release paperwork, but Faye took the time to explain every detail of the ramifications of such a release and I ultimately decided against it.

Faye then set about getting the remaining tests completed expeditiously and I was ultimately released at 1755 that afternoon. All the necessary tests were complete, and I was issued a clean bill of health.
