I have witnessed professionalism, enthusiasm, and dedication in all the nurses and staff in this hospital, especially in the PICU department. I have seen it greatly in Nurse Andrea's dedication while dealing with my daughter's specific needs (especially feeding her, drawing blood, and administering medication, which were challenging during her stay). But I have also noticed it in her management of shifts and handling multiple patients and tasks together in the department. She distributes tasks to everyone while simultaneously being able to teach others and complete all routine tasks.

Andrea has demonstrated high leadership qualities and the ability to make appropriate decisions, and defend her team, and their rights. She has also shown great empathy towards all the patients present. I was able to see how genuinely she cares for them. She also showed compassion towards me as a parent and paid attention to my needs beyond her job requirements. Thank you very much to all the nurses. You have been amazing and professional, and I am certain that your dedication to working wholeheartedly is the most effective cure for all the patients present.
