My husband ran into a lot of difficulty getting a procedure done and Gio was instrumental in keeping everyone on top of it and keeping us informed. Without his help getting to the right department and doctor, our stay would have been prolonged. Besides that he took excellent care of my husband and was very reassuring, he took the time to explain everything. He helped make a very unpleasant experience overall better by just doing an exemplary and caring job!

My brother has been a patient here for the last 5 days. He has been treated for every illness from Lymphoma to Kidney Disease, etc. He has been in countless hospitals and care facilities in and out of the Tri-State area. Nowhere has he been treated with more care or more compassion than on 3 East at Riverview Hospital. Perhaps the best of all was Gio. No nonsense, straight talk, and compassionate care from Gio, and all the doctors have made this tough illness and the hospital stay the best experience it could possibly have been.
