Early morning my wife suffered a panic attack because of the side effects of the medications she was taking. Cresta took the time to comfort her until the time I got to visit my wife. Cresta listened patiently to my wife's accounts of her hallucinations like seeing stars on the walls of her room and ants/insects on the floor. Because of Cresta's knowledge regarding my wife's condition, it brought comfort to my wife. By explaining how the brain recovers from surgery, she said that my wife should give her brain time to heal. Cresta even tried to transfer my wife to a quieter room so my wife could have a more conducive environment to heal. Thank you so much, Cresta, for giving us the best patient care and for treating us like family. I hope there are more Crestas who are kind, helpful, and compassionate.
