The NICU is often a scary, foreign place that we as parents are unknowingly thrown into often after trauma and must learn to navigate, Kristena was so amazing in helping us cope, understand, learn, and grow. I can feel we owe so much of our son, C's growth, and progress to her. She advocated for him even when we were here. Kristena showed her true compassion and care and when she was assigned to him, we knew it'd be a great day. We learned so much from her. She's an amazing nurse and I cannot put into words how grateful we were for her care, thank you for all you've done!!!
