Between the three days we were there, Will received the third degree and handled it all with grace and kindness.
My friend was admitted to the ICU in December of 2021 from the ER. She is 75 and was to have an emergency pacemaker the same day. She came in confused, angry, complaining, VERY nervous, and afraid and asked the same questions repeatedly of everyone - especially Will. Will was so patient and understanding with her. He did everything he could to make her comfortable including answering the same questions repeatedly. He took the time to explain things to her and perform all the other ancillary things like re-arrangement in bed, applying lip-gloss, temperature, etc... Finally, the doctor prescribed a mild sedative, which helped her immensely. Will was kind to me, the friend, and to my friend's husband. The next day he answered all her husband's questions. Between the three days we were there, Will received the third degree and handled it all with grace and kindness. It is obvious he knows what he is doing as his explanations were thorough and in-depth. I appreciated that he gave my friend a lot of extra time, even though the ICU was bursting with patients. Will had to leave frequently to attend to others but came back when my friend pressed the buzzer.
