Stephanie took care of my father during a very difficult time in his life and ours. She always demonstrated genuine care and compassion. She was extremely knowledgeable and answered every question to the best of her ability in a way that was easy to understand for everyone. Many family members have not had the opportunity to talk to their loved ones one last time before being intubated but Stephanie saw the changes that were happening and called his wife who was able to make it to his side before being intubated. My father was terrified, but with K at his side, he was able to make phone calls to his kids and loved ones before being intubated, which made all the difference. He was able to relax and find some peace with the next step to come. Because of Stephanie, we were able to make the best out of an awful situation and I can NEVER thank her enough. She is truly a ray of sunshine in this ugly COVID storm. Anyone would be blessed to have her as a nurse!
