My Dad was admitted to the ICU when I was just 15 years old after going into cardiac arrest at home and I had to perform CPR until EMS arrived. Michelle was my Dad's primary nurse at the hospital. I will never forget the compassion and genuine care that Michelle showed me and my family.

Fast forward and I am a nurse at the same hospital. My first few days, I saw Michelle occasionally and thought to myself that she looked familiar but couldn't place her. After floating to the ICU, the aura she gave off brought the memory back. Michelle made an impact on me because of the care she gave her patients, the tidiness of her patient's rooms, the above and beyond she goes, and everything she puts in. Michelle is the nurse whom I would want to care for me and aspire to be as a new RN.
