I came to the hospital nervous and scared, transferred from another hospital knowing I had to get surgery for the first time in my life. Rebecca was willing to go above and beyond for me and all of her patients. She kept on top of everything to make sure I was not in pain and didn’t get upset or make me feel bad for asking for help as I am kind of a shy person but she made me comfortable. She was with me overnight before and after my surgery and she was amazing with controlling my pain, as I was crying in pain at a “12”. Her calm demeanor made such a huge difference and just made everything better. She was so kind, she even shared some of her personal broth with me because the cafeteria was closed and what the hospital had did not taste good. She is the ideal nurse and was made to be a nurse. She deserves recognition for all of her hard work and for going out of her way to help me and everyone more than she needs to. Rebecca is what the world needs in a nurse. I don’t even have enough room to explain all the amazing qualities about her but any patient is lucky to have her.
