Shauna, one of the most compassionate, kind, attentive, caring, and skilled nurses I have ever encountered, was there to support me. During a lumbar puncture, she held my hand, providing comfort and reassurance. Throughout my entire stay, Shauna listened to me attentively and made sure I was comfortable, going above and beyond to address my concerns.

Not only did she take care of every detail related to my situation, but she also seemed to anticipate my every need, making me feel truly cared for.
