The Mother Baby Unit staff during my stay were all incredible. My first night/day involved a scare with my newborn in the NICU. All of the staff listed provided my husband and me with emotional support. All took great care to treat my pain as well and made me feel as comfortable as possible.

Joy especially stood out to us as she was a wealth of information and answered question after question.

Joy took (their) time doing discharge to do teaching for myself and my son. Once my baby was discharged from the NICU to the MBU, Joy took great care of him and made us feel comfortable with the transition. A huge thank you for every question answered, trips to the NICU, and the caring words provided to us.

Ms. Le did an awesome job!

Ms. Le was really great at clustering care.

Very responsive, thought if we need anything, and great communication. Told me when would come back in, and what my plan of care was. Great about options for pain control.
