Hannah is a compassionate caregiver. Her kind and gentle approach has touched many of our families directly.
Hannah has led the NICU team through many ups and downs over the past six years. There are so many reasons why she deserves this award that it is hard to know where to even begin. She took this position with the vision to cultivate a team full of kindness, willingness and provide a spirit of hope to our patients and their families. Matter of fact, everyone gets the kindness, willingness, and hope speech during the interview process.

Hannah supports her staff not only professionally, but also on a personal level. She encourages her staff to never stop growing, learning, and advancing their personal career goals.

Hannah also cries with her staff through the bad, celebrates with them through the good, and even drives them to their kids’ Christmas Program when their car won’t start in the employee parking lot.
