Thank you, Mike, for taking care of my 89-year-old dad after his parotidectomy. The surgery caused paralysis on the left side of his face which affected his ability to drink/eat normally. Mike was extremely patient and professional. as he attended to my dad. His Compassion in assisting to my dad's special needs in meal prep (mechanical diet) and the ability to handle my dad's grumpiness with the utmost calm. Excellence in problem-solving and tenacity to find ways to make my dad as comfortable as possible during his two days in the hospital.

His Teamwork was demonstrated by his excellence and attention to detail as he transitioned care to the next shift. I appreciated hearing Mike's updates regarding my dad each day that I visited until his discharge. Mike's patient and family-centered focus made me feel comfortable and at ease knowing that my dad was in good hands and I had nothing to worry about. I believe in Mike's Integrity and have no doubt that he spoke only the truth in the care he provided during my dad's hospitalization. As a caregiver himself, he understands the needs and concerns of taking care of elderly loved ones. I strongly believe in providing positive feedback. All too often, we only hear of the negative.
