I met Rebecca the first time I have been to a VA Clinic in 30-40 years and she welcomed me with respect - Rebecca was friendly, and professional, and acted as if I was the most important patient she ever had. Answered all my questions, explained everything, and made my experience fun and wonderful! She calls me about test results, etc. Just the best.
