Garrett always goes above and beyond for his patients and provides top-notch patient care. He always makes sure his patients are taken care of to the best of his ability. Garret had a patient a few weeks ago that was terminally ill. He provided the best care for her. He went over and beyond the call of duty as he made sure she had a meal that she loved. He went home and made her some Chicken and Dumplings and brought them to her. She was very pleased with his cooking. Another day he went to the cafeteria to get her food and a drink of her choice. Through good deeds, he forms a bond with his patients and they trust him 100%. Being able to trust your caregiver makes your hospital experience so much better which in turn is so much better for the healing process.

When speaking to his manager, he had all wonderful things to say about Garrett. He added, “Garrett is a positive asset to ICU. He cares for his patients in such a compassionate way. He is a team player when it comes to the Unit. His co-workers think so much of him as an individual and as a nurse. I am so proud to have Garrett on our team”.
