I met with Andrew to have the tube in my stomach removed. He took the time necessary to explain in detail the whole process. Since I never talked to a doctor after my prostate surgery, I asked Andrew what he could tell us about that. He took the time to pull up the electronic record about my surgery and read through and gave us a summary of the surgery. We had many questions, and Andrew took the time to answer everything and never gave us the impression he didn't have time to deal with our questions. As we left, he gave us extra medical supplies to deal with my catheter and the wound in my stomach. We exited the second floor and went outside the front door to go to our car. Andrew came running out the front door of the clinic and said he had some other medical supplies we would need for the aftercare. He was so helpful and friendly during the process. We also joked with him, and he has a great sense of humor.
