Joelle Mwami was so helpful, and she went above and beyond the call of duty with my many requests. We had issues with my drip system and my sticks as I was stuck over 6 times, making the day worse. Joelle finds the right area. I am currently going through a hospital depression, and she listened to me and encouraged me that things would turn around and for me to reach out if and when I need help. Just her listening was all I needed to change my attitude. At that moment she became a friend and not just a nurse and she didn't owe me anything. She is truly a keeper.
