LouAnn is the most hard-working, dedicated nurse in the facility. There is not just one good story about Lou, there are numerous. EVERY single day she runs around helping everyone all day long. If you need help she is there for you. She is ALWAYS looking to give an extra hand. Not only does she work hard but she never complains about it because she loves caring for patients. Every morning we come in hoping Lou is the supervisor for the day because you know it will be a good day and she will be there to help when needed. She provides exceptional care to all patients and families. She goes above and beyond every day. Her knowledge is a valuable asset to the facility and all the units are truly blessed to have her presence. She is the definition of a DAISY Nurse and we are extremely lucky to work with her each day.
