Melissa was cheerful, friendly, and kind. Her response time to the call button was exceptional. When I needed a different medication, she requested what I asked and had it back to me in a timely manner. Her overall attentiveness has been very comforting and helpful. I believe she deserves this award wholeheartedly. Kudos to Melissa!
