Stephanie needed the doctor and didn't hesitate to call the unit and ask for the doctor to come down... no matter what the flow is on the unit, Stephanie is always helping out: whether it's helping with an admission, checking on beeping IV's or covering while someone is at lunch. Stephanie is someone who you can count on to keep things running smoothly! Stephanie, you deserve this nomination and much more!
