Amazing personality and is very organized. He earned our trust and confidence very quickly with how he communicates and how reliable/knowledgeable as well. His patience and sense of humor during very high-stress and painful experiences add to that a very nurturing and sincere demeanor made a big difference in our stay especially when our morale was down. He is a nurse with a heart!
