Last November, my 99-year-old grandmother fell and broke her wrist. Because of her age and other factors, it was unlikely to be fixed. My mom and my family were distraught. We were scared, frustrated, and sad. There were many medical professionals in and out of the room, but Elizabeth treated us like we were HER family. She was so kind to my mom as she was spending day and night in my grandmother’s room.

Elizabeth brought warm blankets without being asked. She made aromatherapy spray to help my grandma relax. She gave hugs freely and kind words to me, my mom, and my family. I wasn’t able to stay every night to support my mom, but knowing Elizabeth was there made all the difference. She didn’t know my mom, but she treated her and my grandma with such respect, kindness, and love. I am so thankful for her selfless heart and warm spirit.
