I would like to give compliments to Kyla for her outstanding bedside manners. My wife is having an eye surgery procedure today. My wife did not sleep or eat very well at all last night due to anxiety and a long way to travel here. But I could not think of anyone (recently) who exudes so much friendliness and great care while attending to my wife's needs. Kyla engaged in meaningful and light conversation with my wife and I can tell she became relaxed and comfortable even under stressful pre-opt steps. Kyla demonstrated patience, compassion, and poise regardless of unexpected circumstances. We are so grateful to experience Kyla's professionalism and grace. Redwood Memorial could not find a better employee, period!
