I extend my sincere gratitude and appreciation to Nurse Safa for the exceptional care that I received during my follow-up in Surgical Clinic and even after. Nurse Safa always took the extra mile in alleviating my worries and concerns during my panicking, fear, and pain. Nurse Safa was approachable to answer any of my questions and she always provided me with the right resources that I needed. She took care of me and my injured treated area, asked the doctor to see me and if he was not around she always calm me down and ask help if needed. I would like to commend the compassionate care and comfort that Nurse Safa has given to me. Nurse Safa always explained and provided me with clear expectations about my procedure and what I should do next. And If I have any questions or worries to call and ask for her and she will always take my concerns and worries to the next level she will ask the doctor and update me on what to do, and she will follow up with me later to assure my ease. I still go to the surgical clinic to continue my treatment, and I still ask her to be around, having her around is like having an Angel that spread peace, luck, and comfort to me.
