Misty is an outstanding team lead nurse! She is beyond normal standards. She not only cares about her patients, she advocates for them, builds them up when they are down, and she goes above and beyond to ensure the safety and comfort of her patients! I was struggling today after a heart scare this morning and some other things. Misty was there, talking me through it all when I was thinking about leaving. She talked to me about my little girl, reminding me that I have to take care of myself so I can be healthy enough to take care of her. She is definitely one of the all-time best nurses I have ever met. I truly think if I had to pick just one for this nomination out of my entire life, it would be her. I pray that God blesses her as well as the rest of the nurses and staff!
