You could sense that Krystal is passionate about her job and genuinely cared for her patients.
Krystal Trosclair took the time to understand my issues and explain things that will have an effect on my overall wellbeing. She had taken time to correct medical discomforts within her reach that I was enduring. (my IV was placed in a very sensitive spot which was in a very painful location} You could sense that Krystal is passionate about her job and genuinely cared for her patients. She observed where diet changes could be made and helped educate on such matters. She spent time with my family and I and didn't rush out. She is a special nurse.
Secondly, Krystal has gone above and beyond any nursing experience I have ever had. I came into the hospital with Steven Johnson's reaction to Bactrim. It completely burned all the skin off of my face and body. I looked like a fire burn victim. My hair was a horrible mess. Krystal took it upon herself to take time to come to my room and braid all my hair to help me with my appearance. She knew and understood by paying attention to me that this would totally lift my spirits. I am forever grateful to Krystal for these actions.
