Kileyanne was my bedside RN. They had a very cheerful and pleasant disposition to my family, visitors, as well as myself. They always went above and beyond to make me feel important and a priority. They were willing to do even the most mundane task with a smile. They answered all of my questions, addressed all concerns, and were very knowledgeable. This nurse did their best to assure my comfort as well as my family's to the best of their ability.

When my medication was mixed up they fixed it right away, never once showing judgment for the mental health meds I take regularly. Unfortunately, some healthcare professionals do judge and can be rude. When I explained to them my fear of needles, they were willing to hold my hand during a PICC line placement; the extra support didn’t end up being needed though. They made me as well as my loved ones feel I was truly cared for and in good hands.

From pillows, blankets, ice, or medications Kileyanne always found the time to take care of my needs and make me comfortable. This nurse truly displayed her love and passion for their job. Not one time in over a week did this nurse make me feel any question, concern, or request was trivial or beneath her. This nurse always ended her shift by introducing me to the next nurse on duty as well as making sure there wasn't anything else they could do before leaving. This nurse would work 12-14 hours days for days in a row, never once complaining and always smiling. I can not give just one example, every encounter with this nurse made a meaningful difference in my care.

Fortunately, all the staff on the unit I stayed were exemplary but this nurse shone a cut above. I count myself fortunate to have met this nurse and had this nurse as my RN. All the staff on 3E were amazing and I wish they could all be nominated but this nurse stood out amongst the astounding staff.
