Eve is an inspiration.
Eve wears many hats - from triage nurse to wellness/clinic nurse to homecare nurse. Eve has been at MLOM for several years and continues to work with the team to ensure ppt satisfaction. Eve is caring and handles a heavier workload at times. She remains smiling and tries her best with what she is handed. Eve is an inspiration.

Eve started with MLOM in the summer of 2019. Her path began as a triage nurse. Surrounded by 11 additional nurses and 3 medical assistants, efficiency and compassion radiated from Eve. Additional responsibilities with CPAP and oxygen supplies were quickly added. She has a respiratory background which helps with this responsibility. A full complement of physicians and nurse practitioners encouraged her with additional responsibilities. Yet, calls were answered, medications were dispensed, and CPAP and oxygen were supplied. Then the team of nurses and providers began to erode. Eve then had increased responsibilities in all of her activities. She did not argue. She did not complain. Most of the clinic duties defaulted to Eve. This clinic still treated participants and met its requirements. Her path then placed her in-home care nursing and wound care. These responsibilities, although difficult were added without argument or complaints. She still supported the clinic. She trained new nurses and providers. She maintained the management of medications. CPAP and oxygen. Her care of participants remains her priority. Our participants know her name. They know that when they call Eve that their issues will be resolved. Eve Bannish's persistence and commitment to MLOM shine through each of her daily activities. She has been a major reason the clinic continues providing care and treatment throughout a difficult four years. Her concern for the patients gives her colleagues a beacon that reminds us of the care and compassion for which we will strive.
