He eased a great deal of worry and stress, as I trusted the care she was receiving while she was on his watch.
The first morning we were introduced, I was less than cordial due to pain. Christian has a “can do” attitude and he always has a smile when he greets you. Patients aren’t always the nicest folks to be around but his compassion, humor, and understanding helped me make it through the day, and some of those were less than enjoyable. UT made a good investment hiring this young man and I honestly can see him broadening his career as you can tell he enjoys caregiving. I appreciate him being part of the team that helped me recover.

To be in a situation with an older parent that was unexpected is difficult. To be able to take a 5-minute break to grab something to eat without worrying about her care is something that, for me, can’t go unnoticed. The engagement with my mom was professional, but he far exceeded expectations on the thoughtfulness and respect he showed to not only her but my brother and me as well. He would follow up with answers to any questions any of us had. He eased a great deal of worry and stress, as I trusted the care she was receiving while she was on his watch.

I had the pleasure of having Christian as my RN for multiple days during my stay. He was professional and displayed a kind and caring attitude while caring for me. I know all the nurses and staff have multiple patients to care for but there was never a time when he was not checking on me. He was prompt when I had nurse assistance calls and would pop in to check on me throughout the day. Being here for a second procedure was challenging for me but Christian was good with engaging in conversation and uplifting my spirits. He offered to get me additional supplies, food, and requests when I had them. He was definitely one of the brightest spots of my stay. I can’t thank him enough for the care and concern he provided me.

Christian was attentive and courteous to my mom during her stay. He checked on her constantly throughout the day, always ready to help in any way possible. He was even kind enough to stop by and say hello when she was no longer his patient. He went ABOVE and BEYOND!

Christian was a joy to have as a nurse, considerate and happy to help in many ways, always with a smile to make one feel good. I am an older patient and Christian did not seem uneasy. He is perfect for his chosen profession.
