The truth is that Natali is exceptional, she is an excellent, hard worker and person, and thanks to her things were more bearable.
During my hospitalization Natali stood out a lot, because besides doing her normal tasks as a nurse, she motivated me when I felt depressed, she helped me sit on the couch and made sure that all my things were arranged for my comfort, even when I didn't feel like watching TV she would tell me: "I'll turn on the TV so you can distract yourself and not think about hospital things".
She always had a lot of initiative, her care is very different, they are all very good and have 9 as a grade, but Natali got a 12, because she exceeds expectations! She involved me in the process of my care and helped me plan my days. Natali is from another world, everyone gives an extra, but she gives an extra plus! Natali is always in good spirits.
When I was in bed she would elevate my feet, button my robe, put pillows to rest my hips and when she saw me a little bearded she would approach me and ask me if I wanted her to shave me (no one ever told me that and it is something that makes us feel better), when she noticed that my hair was not well done, she would offer to help me and even at bath time she would help me prepare everything and ask me to take her shoulder so I wouldn't have a risk of falling.
She is very special and you can tell that she does everything with love, she always does things with a smile, willingly and with pleasure. The truth is that Natali is exceptional, she is an excellent, hard worker and person, and thanks to her things were more bearable. Natali always had everything ready for the procedures, in other cases, the doctor had to be asking for everything at the time and that delayed things a little, but with Natali, everything was fast and efficient.
She offered to change the bandages and I preferred her to do it, not out of distrust of the doctors, but they did not have the warmth that Natali had, she did things with great care and delicacy. Natali is such a sweetheart, she is admirable and stands out from the rest, she is a very valuable nurse, and my respects to Natali.
