Dr. Gresham is committed to the mission and to the veterans and their families. As a Recovery Engagement and Coordination for Health-Veterans Enhanced Treatment (REACH) Veteran Coordinator, she reaches out to the veteran and often the families to help in accessing care. She often advocates for many veterans in order to access/enhance care. She shows respect and encourages veterans to participate in their care.

As a result, she has helped the DCVAMC to be successful in well exceeding the benchmark for all five metrics (100 % - coordinator and provided acceptance; care evaluation, outreach, and outreach status - - Per the VA National). Dr. Gresham often goes above and beyond being there for her patients. Many patients often tout the compassion and wonderful care that Dr. Gresham often displays. She is always kind and has a smile on her face and makes you feel like you are not just another patient. She displays the ICARE values in aspects of her work.
