In Feb. my daughter had a major dental procedure that took place at SCAHC Dental. Before the procedure, the Anesthesiologist and Lori took me and my daughter into a small room and explained the procedure, what to expect, and how long it will take. 4 of my daughters’ teeth were taken out. Before they took us back they both talked to me about all precautions and aftercare. I began to cry and get worried and they both did a great job of comforting me, consoling me, and telling me my daughter is in good hands. They actually called the dentist into the consult and again reassured me all will be okay. They make a great team. Lori allowed me to join my daughter and help get her ready to be put to sleep for one hour. This was the scariest feeling and thing I allowed anyone to do to my child.

They explained the risk and helped me understand the process after I was able to join them to put my daughter to sleep I felt better. I was able to hold my daughter and love and kiss her. I prayed for her and the staff who will be working on her so all will go well and no problems or issues. During the procedure, Lori came out every ½ hour to update me and let me know all was going well. They really do make a great team.

After the procedure, Lori came out and warned me about what I will see and my daughter’s grogginess. They did a great job. My daughter’s health and well-being were great, no problem with staff or the procedure. Everything went well and I’m very thankful to Dental Staff, the anesthesiologist, and Lori.
