Dolly has been a dedicated associate at ABMC spanning decades! As an RN Supervisor overnight she is faced with making very challenging decisions. Dolly follows the proper escalation chain, processes, and procedures whenever these decisions are made. Even more so she does this with an amazing attitude: Dolly is respectful, collaborative, and has a shining personality. She helps service recovery for patients and associates alike. When faced with stressful situations, Dolly does not run away, she runs towards. Recently she has even picked up extra shifts as a supervisor so her colleague can help pick up extra shifts on the floors to cover staffing needs. Dolly is the embodiment of a DAISY Leader recipient and it is a privilege to work beside her.
