My 9-year-old boy got an ear infection and was admitted immediately to do a procedure post that we have been allocated to a private ward for recovery and this particular sister gave all her support throughout the night. I can’t imagine the whole night one staff nurse can be this polite and humble with a smiling face in front of us, it’s highly impossible but she made it! To be very honest I was not at all happy with Aster on services but she made me feel those other incidents were gone in one night. She is tremendously happy and loved my son. The way she treated us showed us to forget the pains that we have gone through. I am not able to find amazing words to express our gratitude to the sister. Thank you so much! She is amazing. I know how difficult to work in night shift and I never saw a single moment she forgot to smile at us and she is the exact word for sister (staff nurse) she deserves to be awarded the best in aster hospital who made me forget all bad incidents happened before this night in aster!
