Ingrid to me is the true definition of what a nurse embodies; from the moment she steps a foot on the floor she is all in. She makes sure that all the needs of her patients are met. She goes above and beyond for everyone. There have been days she has been so busy, but she would still help with a bath or change linen, anything to help the team.

We would always joke and she would say, "Teamwork makes the dream work, girl." She walks and carries herself as a nurse should. She is truly a problem solver, she is not above teaching or educating you when you have questions. Every time I have the pleasure to work with her all day she's asking me if I'm okay and if she can help with anything. Ingrid is the kind of nurse that gives all she has wholeheartedly. She never complains and always gets the job done. Again I am so lucky and blessed to be able to work with such an amazing person. She is the kind of nurse I strive to become.
